Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $350,000 to $375,000 Additional wRVU bonus model (paid quarterly) $40,000 sign on bonus Relocation Assistance: Yes! Amount determined case by case. Paid Vacation Time: 26 days in first year CME: Paid and time off 457f Plan 403(b) Retirement Plan with matching contributions Health, Dental and Vision insurance for individuals and families (multiple plans to choose from) Malpractice Insurance Split role between outpatient clinic and hospital Hospital itself sees two deliveries per day, minimal deliveries Hospital call rotation is 1:4 (one day a week) Clinic is across the street from hospital 120 bed hospital, 1 dedicated OR, Level 1 Nursery, 7 labor rooms, 6 post-partum rooms Responsibilities Full Scope OB/GYN Hospital patients are seen are at 35 weeks or more Up to 20 patients per day 1 day of hospital call per week Minimal deliveries. Requirements Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider) Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem.
