Job Summary: As a Primary Care Physician, you will apply and modify the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide comprehensive primary care to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary patient care for adult and pediatric populations at our Primary Care locations Conduct health assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions Collaborate with healthcare teams, including NPs/PAs, support staff, and specialists Oversee urgent care responsibilities at our Urgent Care locations, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction Maintain thorough documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system Participate in shared call rotation for urgent care and primary care needs, with minimal frequency Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management Required Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine At least 1 year of experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Internal Medicine Desired Qualifications: Active Medical License in the United States Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary healthcare team Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $210,000 - $250,000 DOE Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: Negotiable Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and HDHP Retirement: 401k with employer match Insurance: Life, Disability, Malpractice, Licensing, and Indemnity Plans Paid Time Off: 4 weeks PTO, paid holidays, and CME days CME: Generous allowance and time off for continuing education Work-Life Balance: No rounding or hospital privileges required; shared light call schedule Why Join Us?
