Job Details We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with 4 years of experience to join our growing team. With offices across Texas and New Mexico, our firm is recognized nationally for its strength in defending complex civil litigation, particularly in product liability and other high-stakes matters. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish. Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and support trial prep. Draft complex motions, pleadings, and legal briefs with clarity and precision. Regularly appear in court and maintain professional communication with clients. Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on strategic legal initiatives. Communicate case updates clearly and consistently to clients and team members. Requirements: Strong academic credentials and a solid litigation foundation. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling court appearances and depositions.
