You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities: Handle all front & back office clinical and administrative duties in a timely manner Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff Communicate with insurance companies for proper referrals and billing procedures Escort patients to exam rooms and take & record routine vital signs accurately Administer various treatments, including injectables and other aesthetic treatments Cleaning rooms after each patient and assisting other staff members to keep the clinic as a whole clean and in order Handle phone calls, Faxes and assisting customers at POS Learn and master EMR (electronic medical records) system ​ Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant, recent years graduates are preferred Prior experience is preferred, however if no experience, will train and teach you our system Friendly and a team player to work in an Aesthetic & Wellness clinic Strong organizational and team-work skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-service environment Company Description Visit: MohamedAliMD.com MediSlimWellness.com Company Description Visit:\r\nMohamedAliMD.com\r\nMediSlimWellness.com
