Average Pay: $25.00 per hour (includes $15 hourly base rate and $30 per grill cleaning bonus) Expect to earn over $500 a week by just working 3 days! Expected hours: 20-30 hours per week Who Are We? JOB DESCRIPTION (Part-Time Position) Barbecue Grill Service Technician Job Duties: Work with the team: You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the jobs are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer. Develop your expertise: You clean, repair, and install barbecue grills, knowing that you’re ultimately helping people eat healthier and be safe. Over time, you gain a growing expertise at diagnosing problems and understanding how to repair or replace them. Become a trusted professional: You make a positive impression with customers due to your professional appearance, demeanor and quality work so they will want to hire us again and tell their friends. You keep your vehicle and equipment clean and well-maintained so they’re available and ready for safe use. You look forward to the day when you’re a trusted industry expert with your own apprentices to train. Job Requirements: You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. We don't require direct grill cleaning and service experience to apply here since we provide training, but related repair or service experience is preferred. You’re a tech-savvy people-person: You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you’re posed with. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a homeowner and professionally educating them on their grill. You’re ready to work: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, car insurance, a ready-to-work attitude, and have no problem handling the physical demands of the job. You enjoy working outdoors. You’re a professional: You are clean, neat, well-groomed in appearance, and you understand that safety is paramount. Benefits: Flexible schedule - You pick the days you want to work each week Paid training (Hourly Rate only during initial 5-10 grill training period with Operations Manager) $10 Trip Charge per job to cover gas and mileage W2 Position not 1099 Weekly day range: Monday to Friday and potential weekends if desired Hours required during the day, no evenings Work Location: In person at customer homes throughout KC Metro Come join our TEAM
