The Opportunity: Depot Manager Contract: Permanent Location: Maidenhead The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: As the Depot Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the running of our Maidenhead Depot Responsible for promoting and driving a safe and efficient workplace culture Lead and mentor a team of engineers, paint sprayers and workshop support engineers to deliver work on time and witin budget, driving the comercial performance of the Depot. Maintain site records for the facility such as fire, services and contractor records including status reports Forming part of the National Workshop team to ensure consistency and overall workshop KPI's Maintain robust recruitment, onboarding and training for the Depot with a focus on development and retention Deliver equipment to customer requirements on time at the lowest reasonable cost. To ensure customer service excellence and a continuous improvement approach to quality.
