CLASS 2 DRIVER NEW PASSES WELCOME! MONDAY - FRIDAY: 04:00 -12:00/13:00 £13.50 PER HOUR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our client based in Little Hulton on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic role offering opportunity for new pass Class 2 Drivers. Benefits As a Class 2 Driver you will receive the following benefits: Ongoing work New Pass Class 2 drivers welcome Temp-perm contract Weekly pay Site canteen Training provided Immediate starts Employee Well-being Program Rates of Pay Basic: £13.50 per hour Day to Day Duties Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to: Delivery and Collection of linens, uniforms (cage delivery and collection) Willingness to learn Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed Essential Skills As a Class 2 Driver you will need to: Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence New Pass Class 2 drivers are welcome No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Desirable Experience Experience driving any commercial vehicles Previous experience with multi drop deliveries Training Two weeks Industry related training provided by the client and ongoing support throughout Apply If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or get in touch with our recruitment team to find out more People Solutions do not charge any of their candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process
