What You’ll Be Steering: As the Group Aftersales Field Operation Manager, you’ll lead high-performing sales and support teams to exceed Group Parts turnover objectives across South Africa and the Sub-Saharan region. You’ll be the powerhouse linking our Parts Division with a thriving dealer network, ensuring customer satisfaction is not just met—but exceeded. Your Mission Includes: Leadership : Drive and manage national field force and support office teams (Sales, Admin, Marketing). Strategic Sales : Set and achieve parts sales targets through insights, dealer input, and sharp forecasting. Dealer Success: Be the go-to advisor for dealers—supporting daily operations, long-term planning, and performance turnaround. Training & Talent: Oversee appointment and development of Parts & Service Managers to ensure every dealership has top-tier talent. Customer Experience : Translate mystery shopping and audit results into actionable improvement plans. Events & Engagement : Coordinate roadshows, launch events, dealer meetings, and performance incentive trips. Market Expansion: Build insurer relationships and drive market share growth through innovative programmes like Save a Car You Bring the Following Toolkit: A 3-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Commerce. 5–8 years of management experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the automotive aftersales space. Deep understanding of the Dealer Network, Parts Division, and financial metrics. Strong leadership record with hands-on experience in target setting, performance improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in MS Office and QMF systems. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Be a key player in shaping one of the strongest dealer networks in Africa.
