Graphic Designer

Our client is an established player in the consumer goods industry, managing multiple well-known brands across various platforms. Their in-house marketing team is focused on driving brand engagement through creative content and cohesive design strategies. This role is ideal for a junior Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing team to create assets for social media, web, packaging, and more. The position offers a platform to grow your skills and take creative ownership across digital and print formats. Key Responsibilities: Design digital and print marketing materials across multiple brands Create content for social media, websites, packaging, POS, and internal collateral Ensure alignment with brand CI, tone, and campaign strategies Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and content calendars Adapt designs for various platforms using the "detach and distribute" method Work within deadlines while maintaining high visual standards Translate marketing objectives into creative solutions Maintain consistency across all design outputs Assist in conceptual development for campaigns and launches Provide creative input during team brainstorming sessions Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the role Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail Deadline- and solution-oriented Collaborative team player Eagerness to learn and take feedback Clear communicator with a positive attitude Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required) Bonus skills: After Effects, InDesign, Dimension, Premiere, 3D rendering Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for design and a solid understanding of brand identity Matric Certificate Minimum 2 Years experience Remuneration: Basic Salary R15,000 based on experience Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
