Job Description
My client is seeking a meticulous Payroll / Salaries Administrator to join their team and take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll function. This role is based in Ulco, Northern Cape. Key Responsibilities: Accurately capture and verify employee payroll data. Perform regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures. Ensure that the payroll is processed correctly and aligns with company policies, statutory and legal requirements. Assist employees with payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner. Compile and deliver management reports such as budget and cost reports, providing insights and identifying improvement areas. Prepare and submit standard and ad hoc payroll reports. Support internal and external audits by collating data and responding to audit queries. Manage the printing and distribution of annual IRP5s. Requirements: Relevant payroll qualification. 5 years proven experience in a payroll administration role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. SAP (non-negotiable). Strong understanding of payroll systems, labour law, and statutory requirements. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
