Job Description
Requirements: Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or sales experience Industry knowledge Knowledge of KLINGER products or similar Strong sales ability Must have a technical background in reading drawings and doing calculations Computer proficiency (Office & Syspro/SAP) will be an advantage Good Communication and time management skills A positive attitude and strong team player mindset is crucial Drivers License Duties: Handle inbound inquiries, provide technical advice, and recommend appropriate fluid sealing products. Process quotes and orders and follow up with customers to ensure a seamless sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Collaborate with the external sales team to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. Develop a thorough understanding of fluid sealing products, including gaskets, gland packing, and sealing solutions. Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and application advice. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement team to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment. Track orders, manage backorders, and provide customers with status updates. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Assist in preparing sales proposals and contract documentation. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Salary: R13 000 Benefits: Provident fund and 50% medical aid contribution from the company. Commission Structure: 1.2% Mon - Thurs 07:30 - 16:30 Fri 07:30 - 14:00
