Job Description

Key responsibilities include: Welcoming clients and managing the switchboard General administrative and receptionist duties Basic computer literacy Diary management for attorneys (strong organisational skills required) Handling client queries and directing them to the appropriate secretaries Managing stationery, courier arrangements, etc. Occasionally assisting with tea service and clearing boardrooms when the tea lady is unavailable Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM In addition, the candidate will be responsible for opening files and FICA compliance. Previous experience in a law firm and knowledge of FICA requirements mandatory.
