Responsibilities Work with Data Scientists and product management to implement data-driven features and products. Apply architecture and system design principles, conducting research, design, and development of new or existing products, tools, and processes for operation, maintenance, and testing. Create data tools for analytics and data science team members to help build and optimize our products. Contribute to the engineering of distributed systems, frameworks, and design patterns in Data Science/Machine Learning. Utilize Scala, Java, or Python with Hadoop/Spark to analyze large-scale datasets in batch and real-time. Build, monitor, and maintain data ETL pipelines. Requirements PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Proficiency in Python and R programming languages. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, GGPlot, etc. Experience in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis of structured and unstructured data. Good applied statistics skills, including distributions, statistical testing, and regression. Strong foundation in Statistics and Advanced Machine Learning concepts. Experience developing NLP-based Deep Learning models and Recommendation systems. Experience with Big Data architectures and tools. Knowledge of Financial Products and Processes in Capital Markets is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact at all organizational levels. Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
