Senior Change Management Consultant

Job Title: Change Management Consultant – Senior Consultant Profile Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant with a focus on cultural transformation and the adoption of data-driven practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in change management, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a background in the banking or public sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and data culture adoption Assess organizational readiness for data collaboration and identify key enablers and blockers Design and implement communication strategies and training concepts to facilitate change Support the embedding of data governance roles and responsibilities across the organization Engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives Required Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in consulting Proven experience in cultural transformation and change management Familiarity with data culture and governance frameworks Experience in the banking and/or public sector is highly preferred
