Project Administrative Assistant - IDATA Unit

We are looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to work in the IDATA Unit. Responsabilit Update Programme Microsite, Manage and distribute mails from functional mailboxes, Prepare content and agenda of large regular alignment meetings, Organise Programme and Project Steering Committee meetings, Organise Weekly Office meetings, Data entry of scheduling and programme information into the corporate portfolio management tool, Gather, store and aggregate big flows of data, both text and numbers. Functie-eisen Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level), At least 1 year of relevant working experience in performing various administrative tasks within international organisation, Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, Good communication and teamworking skills, Previous experience in supporting project administration and in working with numbers and text in administrative environments would be considered an asset. Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months. Salary: approx. €2300 per month before taxes. Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
