Sales Manager - Milan Salary: €70k - €90k 25% bonus company car I am working alongside a global leader in ferrite component technology with over 80 years of innovation and strong industry partnerships. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager where you will drive sales, lead an Inside Sales team, and support technical design-in activities across Southern Europe. Key Responsibilities: Grow sales of ferrite components and magnetic accessories Lead annual contract discussions with strategic customers Support design-in projects and collaborate with field engineering teams Manage the Milan-based Inside Sales team Organize and contribute to technical seminars and roadshows Requirements: Successful track record selling ferrites components whilst designing in.
