Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Hangar Support Staff (Aircraft Maintenance Helper) located in Rome. The role involves assisting in maintenance operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of aircraft maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis under the supervision of the Engineering and Technical Team. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures Previous experience in equipment maintenance Ability to work effectively in a team Degree or certification in Aviation Maintenance or related field (desired) Strong problem-solving skills
