Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one, evidence-based therapy to patients with upper extremity and hand conditions
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies, including splinting
• Collaborate with physicians, other therapists, and caregivers for coordinated care
• Accurately document care using Raintree EMR with time allotted for charting
• Stay current with continuing education to support CHT goals (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of practice
• Experience in hand and upper extremity rehab preferred
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred but not required
• Strong interest in pursuing hand therapy specialization and mentorship
