Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. Responsibilities: Supervise team of retail store clerks Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees Place inventory orders from supplier Complete daily paperwork and make deposits Maintain reports for proper inventory accuracy Work register and maintain customer service with customers Resolve escalated customer complaints ​ Qualifications: Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Company Description Discount Tobacco Outlets is a locally owned chain of cigarette and tobacco stores in central and south Alabama.
