Project Manager

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join their well-established and collaborative UK-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role managing end-to-end project delivery within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a remote role where you will be required occasionally to meet with your colleagues at the central London offices. Full training will be provided on internal processes and specific client/brand guidelines. What You’ll Be Doing Manage projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met. Maintain accurate documentation and manage financial tasks including invoicing, cost tracking, and reporting. Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, acting as the key liaison. Create and manage micro critical paths in line with client schedules. Ensure SLA compliance and effective communication across all parties. Attend relevant project meetings and provide regular status updates and risk assessments. Provide support on artwork and pre-press processes, offering consultative input to the client and internal teams. Escalate challenges to senior management when required. What We’re Looking For 2 years’ project management experience, ideally in artwork , reprographics, or print-related services . Strong understanding of artwork and print production processes is a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels. Highly organised with great time management and multitasking abilities. Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to adapt to bespoke software. Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude. Professional and client-presentable in a fast-paced retail environment. Team-oriented and ready to support others during busy periods. Why Join?
