Estate Gardner and Maintenance Assistant Blatherwycke, Peterborough Full time Permanent Site based including weekend work Are you passionate about the outdoors and skilled in both gardening and general maintenance? We're looking for a hands-on, reliable individual to join our private estate team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance gardens and green spaces year-round Prune, plant, mow, fertilize, and manage pest control Operate and maintain garden machinery and tools Perform general repairs and odd jobs around the estate (painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy Exercise and care for trained gun dogs on weekends What We're Looking For: Proven experience in gardening and handy-work Confident using horticultural tools and machinery Strong repair and maintenance skills A love for nature, a can-do attitude, and great attention to detail Flexibility, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills What We Offer: Competitive salary Enhanced holiday entitlement Company sick pay & life insurance EV/ULEV car scheme & cycle to work scheme
