Building Surveyor – Damp & Mould Specialist Hybrid / Field-based – Covering both Public & Private Sector Housing Full-time | Permanent Salary dependent on experience Car Allowance Bonus Scheme Private Healthcare 25 Days’ Holiday Death in Service We’re working with a growing residential services firm that’s now looking to bring in its first Building Surveyor, with a particular focus on damp and mould investigations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a new role and play a key part in shaping how building surveying is delivered within the business. You'll be covering a mix of social housing and private homes, helping to resolve issues around damp, mould, and disrepair – and offering clear, practical advice to clients. With plans to grow this side of the business, there’s real scope here for progression, and the chance to help build a small team over time.
