Job Description
1st Line Support Engineer Are you passionate about IT support and ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a confident and capable 1st Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a variety of systems and locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Microsoft 365 experience, work across both Mac and Windows environments, and earn Microsoft certifications along the way. What youll be doing: Delivering 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity Escalating complex issues to Level Two support as needed Installing software, managing patches and updates (MS Office, antivirus, business apps) Managing user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365 Accurately documenting tickets, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system What were looking for: Around 2 years experience in a similar support role Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools Comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments Strong communicator with excellent people skills A customer-focused mindset and keen attention to detail Willingness to gain relevant Microsoft certifications If you're eager to grow within a supportive IT environment and develop both technically and professionally, wed love to hear from you.
