Job Description

Are you an experienced Technical Co-ordinator or Engineer looking to step into a role with real autonomy, long-term progression, and hybrid flexibility? We're working with a well-backed, fast-growing residential developer with exciting expansion plans across the South West. With a strong presence in Devon and Cornwall , they are now looking to appoint a Technical Co-ordinator to support their continued growth and delivery of high-quality schemes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all technical elements of residential sites Liaise with consultants across civils, engineering, RC foundations, services, and drainage Manage and review incoming information and drawings (CAD understanding essential; drawing ability not required) Ensure smooth handover and coordination between external consultants, internal teams, and site operations Play a key role in pre-construction and planning stages What's on Offer: Hybrid working with genuine flexibility Clear route to Pre-Commencement Manager Competitive salary – flexible up to £60,000 depending on experience 10% annual bonus Car allowance with unlimited vehicle choice post-probation A supportive technical team within an office of 30–50 staff This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative and expanding developer, where your input will shape the technical direction of multiple exciting projects.
