Job Description

Market Analysis & Resource Development Conduct industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to identify potential collaboration opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners (e.g., brands, distributors, platforms) to build long-term resource networks. Partnership Strategy Design & Negotiation Design collaboration proposals based on business needs, including commercial terms, partnership models, and resource integration strategies. Lead negotiations to finalize agreements, ensuring alignment of interests and objectives between parties. Project Execution & Management Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project implementation and resolve operational challenges. Monitor partnership outcomes, optimize processes, and enhance resource efficiency and business value. Data Tracking & Performance Evaluation Establish evaluation frameworks to analyze collaboration metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, ROI). Generate post-project review reports to support strategic decision-making. Cross-Department Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, legal, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution. Risk Control & Compliance Ensure partnerships align with corporate strategy and legal requirements to mitigate risks. Address disputes to protect company interests and brand reputation. Industry Networking & Brand Building Participate in industry events (e.g., summits, forums) to enhance company influence. Explore innovative partnership models to drive brand value and business growth.
