Data Architect

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1) Solid experience with business intelligence and data warehousing development technologies, RDBMS, Hadoop and Analytics Environments. 2) Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in IT with a minimum of 4 years in Data Model design. 3) Expertise with Big data technologies and data bricks as well as BI and data warehousing development technologies. 4) Strong Data Analysis skills 5) Strong Data Modeling skills. Take ownership and do data modelling work themselves and do hands on work. 6) Experience with Azure Solutions and SQL 7) Expertise with Power Designer/Erwin Data Modeling tool 8) Familiarity with Capital Markets data 9) Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form 10) Good work ethic, results oriented, and accuracy / attention to detail are critical Nice-To-Have Skills: 1. Wealth management/capital markets industry 2. Hortonworks/Cloudera HADOOP platform
