Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio Your Role And Responsibilities As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies. Conhecimento comprovado no módulo SAP ECC (MM) Experiência em localização para o Brasil em NFe e requisitos fiscais relacionados; Experiência em localização para o Brasil em impostos TAXBRA e atualizações necessárias devido às mudanças legais da Reforma Tributária. Implementações de ciclo completo (mínimo de 5 projetos de implementação ponta a ponta) Capacidade comprovada de configurar o SAP ECC com base nos requisitos de negócios Capacidade de traduzir processos e requisitos de negócios em requisitos de sistema SAP ECC Capacidade de abordar e integrar processos de negócios, requisitos de dados e requisitos legais/fiscais para uma solução de TI Capacidade de conduzir workshops e envolver as partes interessadas de negócios e TI Criar/atualizar documentação clara dos requisitos para alinhamento com a solução ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto. Garantir a rastreabilidade dos requisitos, desde as necessidades do negócio, passando por testes e alterações de escopo, até a solução final. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, cumprir prazos e gerenciar a carga de trabalho. Comunicação clara e definição de expectativas. Pensamento crítico, resolução de problemas e habilidades de análise. Propriedade e responsabilidade demonstradas em projetos anteriores. Experiência comprovada trabalhando em projetos globais e interagindo com equipes baseadas em diferentes locais.
