Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations across all departments within the property or group. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to executive leadership. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain compliance with all local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Lead internal audits and prepare reports for External Auditors and stakeholders. Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support revenue optimization strategies. Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and procurement to ensure financial alignment. Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting growth and accountability. Experience and Skills Required: BCom (Minimum) 35 years experience in a Financial Manager role Strong exposure to financial reporting (FFF), reconciliations, management accounts, and VAT Analytical thinker with attention to detail and business acumen Comfortable working independently and leading finance processes How to Apply: ð Visit:
