Financial Director

We have an amazing opportunity for a Financial Director at a leading Financial Services company based in Edenvale, Johannesburg! The main purpose of this role is: - To lead the financial department and collaborate with the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and finance team to drive strategic growth, ensure financial compliance, and enable key business decisions through strong leadership, financial acumen, and regulatory knowledge. We require a candidate with: · CA(SA) qualification with at least 10 years post-articles experience · Proven experience in strategic financial leadership and executive decision-making · In-depth knowledge of IFRS, governance, and financial risk management, particularly in the insurance or motor industry (advantageous) · Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and audit preparation · Excellent understanding of internal controls, financial compliance, and South African tax laws · Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems · Strong leadership, team development, and people management abilities · Experience participating in board and executive committee meetings Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to finance.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za .
