Beauty or Corporate industry background welcomed, with experience. The ideal candidate must be: Highly experienced in Payroll Highly experienced in SAGE Accounting Software Skilled in Bookkeeping with a strong track record Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous Numbers-focused with excellent accuracy and analytical skills Ability to check a high volume of processed tickets daily. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FINANCE CLERK (JNR BOOKKEEPER): Capturing of invoices and Month-end reconciliations Credit note full Investigation and processing Freight Report costing General Administration Debtors Reconciliations Preparing VAT Report Quotes for Procurement SKILLS REQUIRED: Able to work under pressure with Accuracy The ability to meet deadlines Exceptional organisational skills The ability to prioritize projects Internal & External Customer Service Skills REQUIREMENTS: Matric Account experience or Qualification would be an Advantage Over time when required
