Job Description

Independently manage curatorship and care files Draft and submit Curator Accounts, supporting vouchers, and reports to the Master of the High Court Handle Trust and Estate administration Track deadlines for renewals, payments, tax returns, and compliance Provide high-level support to the Trust & Estates Department Qualifications and Experience: Matric Certificate Certificate in Legal Secretaryship, Trusts & Estates management courses, or bookkeeping certifications will be advantageous Minimum of 5 years' senior-level experience in secretarial or legal administration Prior experience as an Estates Administrator and bookkeeping will be advantageous Exposure to the following programmes and software will be advantageous: AJS,Pastel & nCINO Knowledge of legal practices and terminology Valid drivers license
