A leading global industrial group focused on sustainable natural resources is looking for an accomplished legal professional to support its expanding international operations. This is a strategic leadership role that provides legal oversight across multiple jurisdictions and business segments, contributing to high-impact projects and business-critical decisions. As Senior Regional Legal Manager, you will play a vital role in advising senior stakeholders, mitigating legal risk, and ensuring compliance across corporate, commercial, and project-related matters. You will be a key advisor to executive teams and work collaboratively across business units and regions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver practical, high-quality legal advice across corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including cross-border contracts, commercial terms, and partnership arrangements. Support M&A and corporate transactions from deal structuring through execution—including negotiation of term sheets, LOIs, and share/asset purchase agreements. Partner with business and functional leaders to manage legal risks in growth initiatives and operational activities. Oversee the legal aspects of large-scale infrastructure, capex, and procurement projects—from pre-award planning to contract administration and claims resolution. Manage and coordinate dispute resolution processes in collaboration with external counsel and internal stakeholders. Supervise ongoing litigation and arbitration, ensuring control over costs, timelines, and deliverables. Lead legal operations initiatives, including the administration of legal tech platforms, user training, and process optimization. Key Requirements: A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution; admission to the Singapore Bar with at least 10 years of PQE. Solid experience in a top-tier international law firm and/or in-house legal function within a multinational environment. Sector exposure in agriculture, commodities, or manufacturing is advantageous especially involving cross-border project work in Southeast Asia. Strong expertise in corporate/commercial transactions, infrastructure contracts, and dispute resolution. Exceptional analytical and drafting skills, with sound legal judgment and commercial awareness. Confident communicator capable of advising senior executives and driving alignment across diverse teams. Resilient, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex matters with independence and accountability. Why Join?
