Senior Intelligence Systems SME (Remote with Travel)

Description:

CyOne, Inc. is seeking a Senior Intelligence Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a high-visibility Department of Defense effort. The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years of experience in All-Source Intelligence operations with deep expertise in architecture, message flow, collection management, and targeting processes. This is a fully remote position with an expected travel requirement of approximately 25–33% for stakeholder engagements and periodic on-site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead SME supporting intelligence systems integration and user adoption
• Analyze and advise on All-Source Intelligence architecture, including messaging and interoperability standards
• Provide expertise on Collection Management and Targeting workflows, reporting, and analytical tools
• Brief military and civilian stakeholders and conduct large-group trainings or demonstrations
• Support user engagement, system feedback loops, and operational alignment
• Assist with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) discussions if applicable

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in All-Source Intelligence; other disciplines (GEOINT, HUMINT, CI) may be considered
• Strong knowledge of intelligence systems architecture and message dissemination
• Expertise in All-Source Fusion, Targeting, and Collection Management workflows
• Excellent briefing and interpersonal skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and operational users
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or currently pursuing one

Preferred Qualifications

• MBSE experience
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
  

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 25–33% (domestic CONUS travel)

Compensation details: 120000-140000 Yearly Salary
