Senior Project Manager – Wastewater Projects Location: Thames Water region | Rate: £600/day ltd (Negotiable) | Contract: Long-term | An industry-leading contractor delivering key infrastructure under the Thames Water Framework is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex wastewater treatment projects across the region. This long-term contract offers a challenging and rewarding role for someone with a strong background in the water sector and a hands-on approach to project leadership. As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning and stakeholder coordination through to delivery and handover. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractor performance, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintain control of programme, budget and commercial outcomes. The ability to build strong relationships with client-side representatives and effectively navigate delivery challenges will be essential. This role would suit someone with a background in civil engineering or MEICA delivery, ideally with prior experience on AMP frameworks or wastewater infrastructure schemes. Strong contractual knowledge, good communication skills and a solution-focused attitude will be key to success.
