Within the Services organization, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement places Mastercard at the heart of our customer’s B2C and B2B Lifecycle Management strategy. We help our customers acquire, engage, and retain customers with end-to-end services and platforms solutions. Role The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager lead for Brazil, to oversee sales enablement with innovative Marketing solutions, go-to-market strategies and the product strategy of key CA&E Marketing services and platforms, including Marketing, Loyalty and Personalization solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive Growth: Lead the expansion of the CA&E business across Brazil by understanding the market needs to build a differentiated go to market strategy considering advance Digital Marketing, Loyalty and personalization solutions. Market Intelligence: Analyze and understand competing solutions and market trends to position Mastercard’s offerings effectively. Enablement Materials: Produce compelling sales tools, training and resources for key stakeholders. Tailored Product Narratives: Customize product messaging for diverse customer markets and segments depending on the needs. Sales Support: Contribute to key client RFPs and other forms of customers commercial proposals. Scalable GTM Strategies: Create 1-to-many strategies to expand the reach and relevance of existing products. All About You Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets. Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions Demonstrated Leadership skills influencing high performance teams. Proven Performance and Digital Marketing skills with knowledge in personalization and AI Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends. Data driven mindset and analytical skills. Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams. Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
