Qualifications Matric Any additional commercial qualification will be an advantage Requirements Must have Syspro 8 ERP Experience Must have 3 5 years sales administration experience in FMCG markets (must be current) Must have retail & whole experience in FMCG market or Products (must be current ) Must be an advanced MS Excel user Duties Handling of master data changes in Syspro Handling new accounts to be opened Prepare daily sales reports Prepare monthly sales packs Handling of customer queries Create new reports from data in Syspro Reconciliation of warehouse returns and credit notes Matching of payment deductions with returns , rebates and discounts Capturing of orders on Syspro Assist with the control of agent invoices and PODs Assist with customer complaints Maintain contract pricing for Retailers on Syspro. Maintain Master and Sub Accounts in Syspro
