Responsibility: Complete Payroll Processing Capturing Validation Reconciliation Queries UIF Management Declarations UI19 Administration Benefit Administration Capturing, Reconciliation and Pay Files to Finance IRP5 Supporting function, export relevant reports from payroll Assist in distribution of IRP5s Responsible for personnel file management Queries regarding payroll Minimum Requirements: National Senior Certificate Valid Drivers License Relevant Tertiary Qualification Advantageous 2 4 years relevant working experience Proven experience on SAGE People payroll software. Knowledge / Competencies /Abilities: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational and time management skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality Machines, Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
