Theyre now seeking a Financial Manager who brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertisesomeone who can navigate the numbers with confidence and contribute to the companys continued growth and success. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations across multiple regional sites. Conduct and manage reconciliations and stock recons to ensure accuracy and integrity. Deliver detailed financial reporting to executive teams and operational leadership. Partner with production teams to ensure alignment between financial data and real-world operations. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes in line with deadlines. Monitor and improve financial controls in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment. Analyze variances, monitor cost drivers, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company accounting standards. Experience and Skills Required: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles. Minimum of 5 years post-articles experience in a financial management role. Proven background in manufacturing or production industries (non-negotiable). Strong skills in stock control, recons, and operational financial oversight.
