Job Description
Responsible for sales administration of local and international customers and suppliers. Day to day administrative functions. Job Description Client liaison telephonically and electronically with local and international customers and suppliers Data capturing of information Liaising with clearing agents Generate quotes, purchase orders and jobs on Accpac Invoicing and receipting of purchase orders on Accpac Maintain petty cash float Capturing of weekly timesheets for wages General Managing all incoming and outgoing emails. Managing of incoming calls Creating and maintaining files and records Skills / Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Computer literate in word, excel and outlook. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Sales administration experience. Strong administrative skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail SAGE 300 / Accpac experience
