Tenuta Toscana is searching for a Golf Agronomy Administrator Tenuta Toscana, set amidst the hills of Tuscany, is a premier property known for its exceptional golf course, natural beauty, and commitment to world-class standards. The agronomy team at Tenuta Toscana is dedicated to excellence in golf course maintenance and sustainable turf management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Golf Agronomy Administrator to support the daily operations of the golf course maintenance department. This key role will ensure smooth administrative coordination between the agronomy team, procurement, finance, and other departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Main duties and responsibilities Provide full administrative support to the Golf Course Superintendent and agronomy leadership team. Manage departmental communication, scheduling, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of chemical and fertilizer applications, labor tracking, equipment use, and inventory. Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing supplies, materials, and equipment. Coordinate onboarding and training documentation for new staff members. Support compliance reporting related to environmental, safety, and labor regulations. Prepare and manage budgets, expense tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing in collaboration with finance and procurement teams. Generate reports and presentations for internal meetings or company leadership as required. Serve as a liaison between the agronomy team and other departments, including Golf Operations and Human Resources Requirements 2–4 years of administrative experience, ideally in golf course operations, hospitality, or property management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with scheduling or maintenance software is a plus. Understanding of golf course operations or agronomy is an asset, but not required. Excellent communication skills in English; Italian language proficiency is a strong plus. Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team. Willingness to relocate to Tuscany and integrate into a multicultural, high-standard work environment.
