For our Customer Service Department in Belluno - Alpago (Italy), we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (fulltime) Do you want to work for an international company where you will be the first point of contact for our Italian customers and where no single day will be the same? Do you enjoy providing sales support and working in a dynamic environment? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our Customer Service team. In this role you will report to the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities: Handle incoming / outgoing calls and answer e-mails Process orders in SAP Follow up and monitor orders and deliveries Pro-actively inform and/or approach customers about product, price, delivery times etc. Handle financial requests and work closely with the financial department Come up with solutions for complex issues and possible complaints Assist in preparing Data Analysis Report Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education and experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Environment Intermediate in English Experience with MS Office Strong Experience with MS Excel Enthusiastic, curious, commercial mindset and a team player Service oriented, a problem solver and excellent communication skills Flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required Able to prioritize and work under pressure Preferably experience with SAP What do we offer: Work From Home policy – up to 2 days a week (after the training period) WFH allowance To be part of one of the leading industries in its sector globally, and one of the leading groups in the U.S. To be part of a Caring & Trusting culture that empowers Diversity, and a oneteam mentality To form part of a forward-thinking, proactive, and diverse Customer Service team About Marchon: Marchon Eyewear, Inc. is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of quality eyewear and sunwear.
