Programme Management Lead

We’re looking for a Programme Manager Lead to lead complex, high-value programs (avg. €1M) across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery and handover. You’ll be the key point of contact for both internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. Key Accountabilities: Partner with Sales and Product Engineering to shape winning proposals and define Statements of Work. Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, and to scope. Manage program governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at both operational and strategic levels. Oversee risk, budget, and benefit realization throughout the program lifecycle. Ensure smooth handover to Operations and conduct post-program reviews and lessons learned. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Proven experience managing large, international programs (ideally in Automotive or Insurance sectors). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with APQP and contract negotiation. Ability to build trust and alignment across internal and external partners.
