Rewards & Benefits €35K - €45K Basic Salary (Starting salary dependent on experience) Bonus (13th month salary) Free Lunch 25 Days Holiday Public Holidays All Italian benefits Fantastic induction, training & onboarding plan About The Role As a Service Coordinator / Sales Administrator / Order Processing Assistant, you operate from my client’s office in Bologna, Italy and be responsible for: Providing first-class customer support and assistance in relation to existing and new orders. Processing parts sales orders ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Liaising with the logistics team to track and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Responding to customer queries and helping resolve any issues related to the sales transaction. Tracking sales performance for the Italian operation and supporting with the creation of weekly and monthly sales reports, show casing performance vs target. Coordinating the travel arrangements for the sales and field service engineering team within Italy, whilst also managing their travel expenses. Issuing customer invoices. About You Experience working in a customer interaction, sales administration or service coordination role in an engineering, industrial, manufacturing or other technical business is essential, as is a strong order processing background using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar. You will possess great communication skills (Italian & English), fantastic attention to detail and a natural desire to support customers. Other key skills include: Competent use of Microsoft Office, Outlook & CRM / ERP systems. Comfortable building relationships with customers. Organised with a desire to learn.
