Position Details

• Pay: $22 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  Plus one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Location: In-office position based in West Plano

What You’ll Do

As the first voice our customers hear, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great experience. You’ll:

• Answer incoming calls with a warm, helpful attitude
• Schedule pest control and termite service appointments
• Help resolve billing questions and customer concerns
• Keep customer records up-to-date in our system

You'll be fully supported by a close-knit team that enjoys working together and helping each other succeed.
