Hematologist/Oncologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Boise, Idaho

A large medical center is seeking a hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage. You will not be bored while on assignment in Boise, Idaho. After all, few mid-sized cities can match Boises blend of cultural opportunities and outdoor recreation. Venturing around downtown or enjoying the Boise River or foothills, Boise is no ordinary place. This Inpatient Oncology locum position starts in May 2025 and involves rounding, admitting, and consulting from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no call. The provider will treat both oncology and hematology patients in an inpatient setting, administering medication as needed. While APPs do not provide coverage, outpatient oncologists are available for support. The role does not include supervising other healthcare providers, and EPIC is used for documentation.
