Job Description Job Description Talent Corps is hiring a Journeyman Carpenter to join our team! If you’re skilled, reliable, and ready to work on a variety of tasks, we want to hear from you. Minimum 4 years of experience. Location: Sterling, VA Schedule: Full-time Pay: Based on experience ($28-$30) What You’ll Do: Build and repair decks, stairs, and structural fixtures using wood, plywood, and wallboard Read and follow blueprints and building plans Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools Construct frameworks (walls, floors, door frames, etc.) Inspect and replace damaged woodwork or fixtures Operate tools and equipment safely (saws, drills, nail guns, welding tools) Install job site signage and drive fence posts Provide general labor and support for various site tasks Work well with a team and follow safety guidelines Keep accurate records of hours worked and materials used What We’re Looking For: Journeyman-level carpentry skills and experience Versatile and willing to take on different tasks Able to read and understand technical drawings Strong work ethic and attention to detail Follows safety protocols and keeps the site clean and organized Good communication and teamwork skills If you're interested, please text or call and ask for Jose Gutierrez Company Description Talent Corps is dedicated to Strengthening Americas Workforce through trade specialization.
