Job Description

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Panel Administrator to work with Durham Council on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week in the Council’s Children’s Services. Main Duties: * Research, prepare and supply information as required including statistics, tracking information and producing reports * Coordinate meetings including arranging venues, sending invitations, organising agendas, taking minutes and following up associated action points * Administer Strategic Panels, Legal Clinics, Legal Planning meetings, PRP panels and PMG panels including setting agendas, collating and distributing information, and maintaining tracking systems * Work with Team Manager, Service Managers and Strategics to develop systems and processes to ensure best practice with regards Panel procedures * Prepare documents using a variety of formats including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Updating Service user records on Liquid Logic * Auditing of cases to ensure they are in the correct legal status or tracking system. * Follow up with Social worker for paperwork for panel Essential Criteria: * NVQ Level 3 Business administration (or equivalent in relevant subject) * Minute taking experience * Experience of using IT Packages including Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. * Experience of working in a busy office environment * Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines * Ability to use own initiative * Good interpersonal skills * Excellent organisational skills If your skills match the above criteria, please apply with your up-to-date CV
