HR Advisor 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Up to £40,000 | London, Hybrid We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation that’s seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative and fast-paced HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a hybrid role, ideally suited to someone based in or near London, with occasional travel to other UK offices. What you'll be doing: Acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures Managing employee relations cases from end-to-end, prioritising effectively Supporting the integration of new acquisitions and onboarding processes Contributing to HR projects and the ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and policies Assisting with aspects of change management and business transformation Analysing people data and identifying trends and solutions in collaboration with the wider HR team What we’re looking for: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment with high attention to detail Proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently or as part of a team Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business Experience with Workday HRIS is highly desirable Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in professional services or a regulated environment What’s on offer: Salary up to £40,000 per annum Flexible hybrid working model (home-based with travel to London 2x per month) Opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and improvement Inclusive, supportive working culture with a strong team ethos
