Immediate start with ongoing work. Job Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site Ensure project deadlines and budget are met Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and labourers Implement health and safety procedures Maintain accurate project documentation Required Qualifications: SMSTS certification CSCS card First Aid certification Valid Driving Licence Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Proficient in project management software Working Conditions: This role requires working on-site in various weather conditions.
