Project Manager – Precast Concrete Frame & Envelope Works Location: Exeter Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 Package Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for a Project Manager to take charge of precast concrete frame and ancillary envelope works on a major construction project in Exeter. This role will involve overseeing the full delivery cycle for the following workstreams: ·Manufacture and installation of precast concrete frames ·Pod manufacture and on-time delivery ·Window manufacture, delivery & installation ·Curtain wall installation post-frame completion ·Roofing works to enable timely start of internal trades Key Responsibilities: ·Manage your scope from Point of Transfer through to Practical Completion ·Coordinate production and site delivery across multiple suppliers and locations ·Uphold quality, safety, and programme delivery standards at all times ·Ensure compliance with company systems, reporting, and contract obligations ·Lead your team to overcome challenges and meet time and financial targets ·Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused site environment What We're Looking For: ·Experienced Project Manager with precast concrete or major envelope package background ·Track record managing complex packages across manufacturing, logistics, and on-site installation ·Strong understanding of safety, budget control, and programme management ·Inspirational leadership and problem-solving mindset ·Able to drive performance, coordination, and progress reporting What's On Offer: ·Competitive salary car allowance and full benefits package ·Opportunity to deliver a key element of a landmark project ·Career progression with a respected Tier 1 contractor ·Supportive and forward-thinking project leadership team To Apply: Contact Jo or Cat at Sphere Solutions on (phone number removed), or apply below
